Sibos 2026 is coming to Miami!
This year, Sibos lands in Miami - a US financial powerhouse and global hub for finance, trade, and innovation.
Visit us at Booth J047 and see trade finance transformed by Intelligence with Governance - AI that moves every transaction forward, inside controls a bank can trust.
Intelligence that drives every transaction: Watch a transaction run end to end - from a customer's submission in Customer Enterprise to processing in Eximbills Enterprise - as CS AI reads every document, checks it against the terms and rules that govern it, and flags every exception. It removes the manual keying, never the control: automate what you allow, review, update or override the rest, with everything audited and fully configurable.
Governance on every step: Each transaction flows through a clear, BPMN-driven workflow with full visibility - an authorization matrix set by your rules (currency, customer, amount, risk), customer-tiered SLAs routed across teams with automatic escalation, requests for assistance and input from any department, and a complete audit trail.
Insight you can trust: With AI Reports, turn years of trade data into AI-driven insight - while entitlements ensure every user sees exactly, and only, the data they are allowed to.
Swift-certified and ISO 20022-ready, API-integrated, and built to the international rules that govern trade - UCP 600 and ISP98 for documentary and standby credits, URDG 758 for demand guarantees, and the ICC/BAFT Standard Definitions for Supply Chain Finance. Powered by China Systems, on every device and in every language your customers and officers use. See the live demos and discover how banks across the Americas - and around the world - can make trade and supply chain finance faster, cleaner, and fully accountable.
Let's Connect, Collaborate and Lead the Future in AI-Enabled Digital Trade Finance.

Meet the Team
The China Systems people you'll meet at our stand.
Pedro Ramos is Deputy Managing Director of China Systems for the United States and Canada, with coverage extending into the wider Americas, and Enterprise Architecture Director for China Systems Corporation, a dual mandate reporting to the Group CEO.
His thirty years in banking technology began on the institution side, at Banco Espirito Santo in Lisbon, followed by nearly three decades with China Systems across London, Dubai and, since 2008, the Americas. Those markets share little except the difficulty of transformation, and Pedro knows precisely where programmes succeed or fail: where commercial ambition meets architectural reality.
He has held the Group's enterprise architecture mandate since 2004, owning the global technology roadmap through successive generations of the platform. That continuity now shapes how China Systems embeds AI into its trade solutions: intelligence that earns its place inside regulated workflows, governed by design rather than governed after the fact.
Pedro has directed and counseled China Systems implementations at institutions around the world, and he leads the way he delivers: engaged in the detail, critical in his thinking, inventive in his solutions, and candid and pragmatic about what a modernization will genuinely require. Because he carries both the regional business and the architecture function, what he commits to in the room is what gets built. His record is simple to state: he delivers.
A mathematician and computer scientist by training, Pedro works in five languages. Meet him at Sibos to discuss trade platform strategy in an age of intelligence with governance.
J.T. Burke began his career in trade finance in 1997 at LaSalle Bank in Chicago and now leads business development for China Systems across the Americas. Along the way he has worked for both banks and trade finance technology vendors, helping institutions and their corporate clients improve operational throughput and working capital performance.
China Systems works with many of the world's largest banks on the systems behind digitized trade, from automated document examination to the data standards that will move documentary credits off paper.
He also works on sustainability in the supply chain, where financing can be priced against measurable supplier performance rather than disclosure alone. His aim is for the benefits of digitization to reach banks of every size, not only the largest.
Katherine is in charge of China Systems' Corporate Support Group, overseeing Product Documentation, Training and Marketing activities. A trained writer / editor with years of experience in the trade finance software industry, she also handles Events, Media & Brand Management for the company.
Masood Hussain is a Regional Sales Director at China Systems Middle East, based in Dubai, leading sales engagements across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. With over 26 years of sales experience in the Middle East and an additional 20 years in software development and project delivery, Masood brings a unique blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen. His extensive background enables him to effectively support the full sales cycle while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Filipe is Head of Professional Services & Innovation Lead at China Systems Europe, based in the UK. He also holds the corporate role of Partner Manager for Fintechs. Solving problems and improving processes are his primary motivations. Filipe believes that few things are more rewarding than bringing together individual pieces to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Edward Tseng joined China Systems in 2002 and has spent more than two decades with the firm - a tenure that speaks both to his steadiness and to how long China Systems retains its people. Over that time he has worked across sales and project delivery and built a deep, practical knowledge of trade-finance implementations in the US market. Today he supports the business through administration and sales enablement, and remains one of the dependable, knowledgeable hands our clients count on.
Outside of work, he has a well-documented weakness for good hats and a soft spot for cats - the former beyond his budget, the latter beyond his tolerance.
Stop by our booth for a product demonstration with Ed. He'll walk you through a clear, well-structured demo and, drawing on years of hands-on US implementation experience, help connect it to the deeper conversations our colleagues across the industry are here to have.
Helder Carvalho is Country Manager for China Systems Iberia, leading the Lisbon office and its delivery, support and commercial activity for banking clients in Portugal, Spain, Italy and the Portuguese-speaking African markets.
He built his career inside banks rather than alongside them. After leading IT and project management at brokerage and asset management firms, he joined Novo Banco, where he served as Head of Operations for securities, custody and mutual funds, then as Senior Business Unit Manager in the bank's IT company, running development and support teams across custody, Securities Services, Payments, Treasury, Trade Finance, and finally as Director of the International Business Division, with responsibility for international payments, cash management, securities services and international credit risk. He knows what a trade platform looks like from the operations floor, from the product owner's desk and from the board paper that has to justify it.
That perspective now shapes how China Systems works in Iberia. Helder's teams cover the full lifecycle of Eximbills Enterprise, from functional analysis and development through implementation, quality and ongoing support, for institutions where trade finance and payments are regulated and audited. Regulatory change is not an exception in this business, it is the calendar: SWIFT standards Releases, DORA, GDPR.
An economist by training, Helder combines commercial and financial ownership of the business with a technical background deep enough to hold a serious conversation about architecture. Meet him at Sibos to discuss trade and payments modernization from the bank's side of the table.
